Mirka AIROS

Mirka® AIROS is the first intelligent electric sander for industrial robots. Designed by surface treatment experts, this industrial orbital sander is easy to integrate and meet the requirements of various manufacturing industries. We offer a wide range of types of sanding heads, which differ in stroke, diameter of the pad, or the possibility of connecting dust extractor. In addition to the sanding head, we offer a surface treatment solution based on more than 75 years of experience as a partner who is able to set up the entire sanding process.

The new Mirka AIROS 150NV is the smallest AIROS sanding head to date. It is designed for automated sanding in tighter spaces, detailing and work on small areas.

Mirka AIOS

A rectangular sanding carrier designed specifically for the woodworking industry, for sanding corners and larger surfaces. In applications such as furniture, door and window manufacturing, the AIOS 353CV can be used to increase productivity and finish quality with robotic precision.

The small Mirka AIOS 130NV is aimed at finishing and spot repairs in an automated process such as the production of cars and other means of transport. It ensures consistent quality when removing imperfections or preparing a variety of surfaces.
